Quality Services That You Can Expect
If you've booked me for your big day then you probably already know that you get 3 in person planning meetings with me. These are always optional, but I believe that they benefit us greatly. Your planning is not limited to these meetings! In fact, you're welcome to call, email, or text me anytime you have a question and I will help you to the best of my ability.
To put it simply, I will set up all of your decorations on your wedding day. It doesn't matter if these items are DIY or rented from a professional company. I actually carry my own inventory, so if there is a look you're trying to put together, ask me about my reception style guide so I can help make your big day look exactly how you've always dreamed it would!
If your venue or rental company is providing chairs, but is not offering to set up your tables & chairs, I will happily do this for you! We will create a layout during one of your planning meetings so that I know exactly where you want everything to go. If you're trying to source tables & chairs, I'm also happy to help you find vendors who have exactly what you're looking for!
This will come into play both on your wedding day & many weeks in advance. The key here is that I have all of your vendors' contact information. The sooner I have everyone's information, the faster and more detailed I can begin putting everyone on track to make your wedding day a hands free success!
Two weeks before your wedding day, or sooner if you'd like, we will have our final consultation. At the final consultation, we will go over all of your finalized wedding details. After our meeting, I will create an itinerary with all of these details for you, your family, your wedding party, and your vendors. It will include a timeline as well as instructions for everyone participating in your big day.
Looks very simple! Not to worry, I will happily talk you through cutting your first piece of wedding cake. After your photos have been taken, I will personally cut and serve your entire wedding cake!
This is where we get to have some fun! It will be my pleasure to show your family and friends where to stand and when to walk down the aisle. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may still have before the big day.
Prior to the ceremony itself, I will help you pin on boutonnieres, fix any loose threads, gather your family, and fluff your train. I will be with you every step of the way!

When is payment due?
Your deposit of $500 is due at contract signing. Your full balance will be due Two Weeks before your wedding at our final consultation.
Where are you based & do you travel?
I'm based in Huntsville, AL and I do travel. Travel fees will apply past 30 miles outside of Huntsville.
Do you only do weddings?
I also do baby showers, bar & bat mitzvahs, anniversaries, holiday parties, and occasionally small business functions. If you are interested in finding out about these services, please contact me and I'll be happy to give you more details.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your deposit of $500 is non refundable.
If your wedding has been cancelled or you no longer require my services, notification must be given by your final consultation. If notification is given after your final consultation, there will be no refund.
If you move your wedding date, I will do my best to accommodate your new wedding date. If I am unable to do so because of another obligation, your deposit is non refundable, but any other payments made will be refunded.
