To help create a luxury experience for yourselves, your family, and your guests, I will be dedicating an unlimited amount of time to the planning and execution of your wedding day. This means that there's no limit to the amount of phone calls, emails, text messages, meetings, etc. that we will have leading up to the wedding day. As overwhelming as that may sound, remember that this process is going to be fun! I will handhold you both through every single step in manageable non overwhelming bites, and together we will create a wonderful day filled with memories to last a lifetime.

Charlie Ondeck is a full service wedding planner who specializes in event design and logistics. While she is the sole owner and planner of Weddings Ondeck, she has a team of two wedding coordinators that accompany her to every wedding.

Based in Huntsville, AL

While we are a business that is local to Huntsville, WO will happily travel to surrounding states. We have special ties to South Carolina, West Virginia, Florida, and Massachusetts. We would love to help you plan your wedding in any location!

My Clientele

I work with clients who want a larger than life experience on their wedding day. This could be a small intimate group or a giant talk of the town party. What matters to us, is that our clients are kind hearted, excited about their big day, and enthusiastic about creating a grand design. We hand select who we work with, and do not choose our clients solely based on budget parameters or date availability.
