Our Planning Process

From start to finish, I'm with you every step of the way. You have access to my time, be it via text, email, phone call, or in person meeting. There's no limit to how often we correspond or how long our meetings go. I'm here to give you all of the support and guidance that you need through our planning process.

Budgeting helps us have fun

To design a wonderful wedding, it is absolutely necessary to have an agreed upon budget from the start. No matter what this figure ends up being, we will use our tried and true system to make sure that we spend the right percentage of your budget on the right things. If your wedding is a map, then the budget should be our compass. We will do everything with the budget in mind.

Location is key

Together, we will select a wonderful venue that gives you the space required to execute your perfect wedding day. I can't wait to tour beautiful venues with you and help guide you to a space that gives you everything you want for your full vision to be realized. Once we have a location, you officially have a date!

Design keep us organized

Now that we have the perfect location for your nuptials, it's time to put the vision together in a design board. Through this process, we will talk about your individual love story and begin to curate a bespoke design that both celebrates your love and results in an amazing guest experience. To do this, I personally use software that combines our mood board (your wedding colors, photos you're inspired by etc.) with table layouts and venue schematics to give us an idea of how we want to use the space.

Presentation confirms our design

After we've discussed design elements, guest experience factors, decor, and intention, I will put all of these "notes" into a 3D design that gives us the virtual feeling of your wedding. This will come with a full presentation of how we want the flow of the day to be executed and what specific vendors will be needed to do so. You can also expect an updated budget break down at this time, to confirm that our design is 100% within your expense comfort level.

Bringing the team together

Now that we have a clear design for the day, it's time to hire some amazing vendors to execute your vision! To guarantee the quality of our design, I maintain a list of pre-approved vendors. Selecting from this list will allow us to hand-pick the specific contributors who not only match your needs and expectations, but also feel like team members you'd love to work with. I love good chemistry and value professionalism and courtesy within my vendor teams. By hiring vendors from our list, you can be assured that your vendors will have both assets when working on your wedding.

Coordination & Itineraries

I will have two coordination assistants working with me on your wedding at all times. My coordination team is in charge of all logistics and communication between us and your contracted vendors. At this point in the planning process, our team will create your wedding day timeline and wedding guest itineraries. Once we have these in place, we can do fun things such as setting up your hotel accommodations, guest transportation options, and creating your heirloom invitation suite. My coordination team is here for all concierge services needed to guarantee guest happiness.

The Big Day is here!

After several months of planning and solidifying our details, it's finally wedding week! During this week you can expect round the clock concierge services from our team. We block the entire week of your wedding on our schedules to guarantee that your big day has our full attention. We will run necessary errands as needed, provide your wedding party with an outline of the big day's events (as well as their roles within the day), resolve any last minute logistical concerns, attend and direct your rehearsal, and execute your wedding plan on the day of. We will be with you every moment of your wedding day to see that you have the best experience possible.
