decor collection that matches your style and

immediately gives your reception space that extra wow

factor!

As your planner, I will help walk you through what

each package includes, so that you can choose the look

that feels the most like your dream wedding vibe.

Once you've chosen the package that you like best, we

will fine tune the color scheme & specific pieces for

your tablescape. You will then get to see an in person

replica of your tables to make sure you love the design.

On the big day, Weddings Ondeck will take care of

decorating your entire space and packing up all of your

Customization


Weddings Ondeck includes three collections that are

designed to fit the needs and expectations of the

modern couple. I love to think of these collections as

complete sets. However, if you would like to add

customized pieces for a more personalized design, we

can certainly source special pieces to give you exactly

what you want.


Customization will serve as an a la carte "add on" to

your decor package based on the item and market cost.

Decor Packages FAQ

How do I add on a decor package?

If you've already booked a Day of Coordination Package, simply select the decor package that works best for you and we will add it to our planning & services for the big day.

What if my current package already includes decor?

The "Day of Coordination + Decor" & "Full Planning" packages do already provide everything listed in the "Classic" decor package. If you wish to upgrade your decor to one of the other packages, we will simply add on the difference between the two packages so that you're being charged fairly.

Will I get to see my decorations before the big day?

YES! In order to guarantee you're happy with everything, we will set up a decor meeting where you will get to preview your tablescape. Once you're happy with your table design, we will place the official order for your linens.

What if I have additional decor that I'm bringing from home?

Your Day of Coordination or Full Planning package includes the set up and pack up of ALL decorations. We will be responsible for setting up and packing up all of our inventory as well as anything you choose to bring from home.

Do your services include tables & chairs?

We do not provide tables and chairs as part of our decoration packages. However, for an additional $100 fee, we can set up and break down your rented tables and chairs. Transportation for those rentals must be provided by an outside vendor unless they're being stored at your venue.
